Definitely doesnt need as much heat as the cast iron and can still cook a good egg in it

“Bought on Kickstarter several years ago as a trial pan and have not regretted it With proper seasoning and maintenance this pan is essentially non stick Does take some time getting used to cleaning it soon after you finish cooking and I only ever used a salt scrub and warmhot water to wash off excess oils Wipe dry and thats it Have never used soapdetergent except when I first opened the package Best used for getting a beautiful sear on your steaks or sunny side up eggs Cook as often as you can with any oilyfatty foods and over time it will develop a nice patina which has given me a durable nonstick surface I have since bought the 20 cm 30 cm lightning range again on Kickstarter and also the noni 28 cm pan as well Im pretty sure I can hand these down to my grand kids if they ever take up cooking as a hobby”
