“I absolutely love cooking with this pan It is so versatile From crepes and pancakes to flatbreads to sauteed mushrooms and onions any vegetable really As a vegetarian I dont use our BBQ but this pan gives that same BBQ flavour indoors due to high heat cooking Once seasoned it requires very little oil so is a healthier option and cleans up easily The only flaw I have found is a couple of cool spots which affect cooking pancakes This seems to be overcome by a longer heating time before cooking but Im a bit impatient Love this pan and would definitely highly recommend”
