“Im very new to cast iron and have always been afraid to purchase so this is my first time buying I have only had a chance to use it once but so far I do love it and have already thrown away my other pans
It was sturdy to cook with and cleaned up nicely It came with instructions which I followed on how to clean and I washed dried with a tea towel and then put it on my stovetop for a few minutes before using a small drop of oil
I look forward to using it many more times as I cook a lot and we dont eat takeaway very often”

I love how thick and heavy duty it is it has a feel more similar to heavy cast iron pans without being as heavy than the lightning pans if youre looking for that kind of feel
Dont be afraid of the maintenance of these pans seasoning there are full instructions on the website to follow but I do what many people do after washing I make sure to dry my pans well first a tea towel then several minutes on a low heat on the stove and then smear a very tiny drop of oil over the surface I have a cotton dishcloth I use for this purpose Oiling the pan protects it from rusting Its as easy as that”
