“Its smaller than I thought. At purchase i thought the pan cooking area on base was 405mm×310mm. But advertised measurements are from outside lip making the base cooking area 345mm×260mm. Still a quality built product but i would recommended the big pan if looking for cooking area .”
“Cooks to perfection, does a beautiful roast with heaps of room for Chook and veggies. The only drawback is it's incredibly heavy. I can't lift it out of the oven while it's got food in it - once it's in the oven my husband has to get it out, as I only have one useable hand. If you're not able to lift quite heavy weights, then I'd recommend the noni pan instead.”
