I have the 28cm lightening version of this pan It is perfect for making big mealscasseroles or frying a big batch of meat I also use these pans to roast crispy potatoes Once you lean how to season and use this pan it is the most perfect non stick frypan High smoke point oil with a few oven seasonings then heat on medium heat until hot add oil then bring temperature down if needed and add food Fried eggs slide right off this pan

My most recent addition initially planned for deeppan pizza but shown to be the best allround workhorse It does marvels on Induction cooktop in the oven for longer cooking and in the pizza oven for quick flashcooked dishes I have become very impressed with Solidteknics products and the support and backup from the Company shows a quality that is becoming quite rare

The 24cm Lightning Dual Handle Pan has become the only cookware I need for everyday cooking From searing meats and fish to eggs sunny side up and stirfries the pan cooks exceptionally well on my induction stovetop Plus the pan comes seasoned and cleaning is a breeze under running water without any detergent I have reseasoned the pan in the oven per the instructions provided by Solidteknics a couple of times and the pan has developed its unique patina on the cooking surface I look forward to one day passing it down to my grandkids
