“Still in the process of seasoning these babies! Got 2 of the 21 cm RAW lightning frying pan and I glee with joy seeing them! I don’t tend to get 2 pieces of same size but I’m glad I did! Sooo pretty in pair! And such a great size for solo/cook for 2.
It has been a bit of a learning process of cleaning up the rust (a good scrub with steel wool and bar keeper friend), how much oil to use with each layer (very minimal), time in oven- pan down (do put aluminium foil to catch any stray drops of oil). Given these were smaller pans I did eventually opt to have them season in oven at same time.
I’m at awe how it turned out! I used grapeseed oil, the season is on the bronzer side though I understand from different sources it will turn black after further use. Here are pics of my pans at different layers of seasonings.

“Fabulous! So easy to season, and so easy to cook with - perfectly non stick. My pan heated much better than my old French frypans that had a plasticky coating and cost less. The French pans are in the bin where they belong, and I’m converted for life.”
