I love that satin finish and I've found it very easy for initial cooking following one oven seasoning and three stove tops.

“Exceptional product! I love this pan so much, I bought a 31cm pan in the same range.
I have impingement on my right shoulder and can't lift heavy weights but this pan doesn't affect my injury, making it a pleasure to cook with.
The heat during cooking does not travel into the handle either.
My food cooked using this pan tastes so much nicer than my old cheap one.
I love the multi-century warranty but doubt I will need it.
