“I have a few solid iron cooking pans But Solidteknics are the best Ive had the pleasure too have purchased due to the pure design no rivets the handles are built as part of the pans and not screwed or riveted on once seasoned they are the prefect cook ware In my early day as a Chef we cooked with copper pots and pans which would have to be retinned every so often and the cleaning to keep them shining was an absolute night mare

“I followed the instructions for seasoning the pan I found the pan easy to cook with and virtually nonstick with red meat straight away Fish is a different matter I must only cook fish on the lowest heat possible otherwise the fish is baked on and requires some hard cleaning which removed some of my seasoning work This is to be expected to some degree and I knew it would take some time to build up the nonstick element its just annoying though A generation of immediate convenience”
