“The griddle/crepe pan is the item I never knew I needed, until I started using it. This thing is incredible, and it's ergonomics perfect. It's actually heavier then my new aus-ion's and even the 31cm workhorse as it appears a tad thicker. But that's no worry, that helps with the heat retention.
I love that satin finish and I've found it very easy for initial cooking following one oven seasoning and three stove tops. Pancake success the first time following the above seasoning process.
