“Has a little weight but to be expected. Feels good in the hands, doesn't flex and has been used on both my frypan and bbq. Very handy and I like how it's not massive. It sits nicely on the frypans handle and is very easy to clean. I've thrown in dishwasher and it comes up clean, not warped or discoloured.”
