“A lot of the meals I cook involve sauces or reductions and a saucier or sauteuse is ideal I also cook stir fry and mixed rice dishes Most pans of other brands Ive owned have been a compromise I bought the wrought iron version of the 22cm Sauteuse a while back which requires seasoning and although its a great pan there are sometimes issues with acids tomatoes citrus wine onions etc Frequent reseasoning can get a bit tedious Having said that it is a wondreful pan for anything else including searing meats stir fries frying potatoes etcThen drum roll trumpet fanfare Solidtecknics released their Ferritic Stainless steel version of the pan and it is fantastic in every way In fact since the day it arrived it has been employed almost every day and sits on the stove ready for action Sauces reductions frying broiling etc etc This pan is a stayer Highly recommended”
