Given its all noni it heats up very quickly but more importantly even after a searing session is much easier to clean than my other stainless steel pots just put a small amount of water into it while hot and gently scrub with a bamboo brush and done
Both work perfectly on the little japanese butane stove I have so a camping breakfast is like toast the bread and fry the bacon on the lid do the beans etc in the rondenu and then assemble and then rinse out both pieces and dry”
“Im not one for gushing reviews but this pan is extraordinary From cook top to oven to table From frying to boiling to roasting to baking to serving We use the lid just as much as the pan too We fry roast bake and warm things on it It still makes me smile when we use the lid to keep our naan bread warm by sitting them on the lid whilst we cook a curry Honestly this pan gets used every day and is so versatile I cant think of anything it cant do”

“I cook a black bean dish that starts with beans boiled for an hour in the 3LRondeau which is the perfect size to cook a pound of beans Hard boiled for ten minutes then covered with the skillet lid and simmered for an hour makes for perfect beans Meanwhile in a Noni Bigga on the next burner I caramelize three big onions and six cloves of garlic When beans and onions are ready the beans go into the Bigga and simmered with spices and vinegar
