“I love the 26cm Noni Frypan. It's a great size when cooking for 2-4people.
So far I've cooked steaks, sausages, and savory mince in it. Everything has turned out perfectly to my liking and taste, and nothing has stuck. That, I feel, comes down to finding the right temperature range to cook at, and letting the pan heat up slowly before adding oil or fat (I use Ghee), and then letting that oil/fat heat up before adding the food, and then cooking the food on medium low to medium. The 26cm Noni Frypan (along with all other Solidteknics Noni Steel cookware are thinner than other stainless steel cookware, and therefore require lwer cooking temperatures, which helps to ensure nonthing sticks
Cleaning the pan after cooking is easy and quick. I simply rince the pan under warm water, add a little washup liquid, wife with a sponge, or a thin cleaning cloth (those blue and white or green and white cloths available in supermarkets), and the pan is clean.”
“We’re loving our new frypan:
Prevents food from sticking;
Easy to wash up and
I love, love, love the fact that the handle will never loosen which has been an ongoing issue with my frypans throughout my entire life.”
“Beautiful pan. If you follow directions, get it hot, use butter and a tiny bit of olive oil it is magnificent. I seared a couple chicken snitzels
Before I put them on bbq grill then cooked the bacon to make a cease salad for the wife. It cooks fantastically. It looks good too, I’m gonna get the stainless saucepan next.
Awesome frypan. Satisfied customer.”
“Ive been using the Solidteknics 26cm skillet in my kitchen for a few months now and I can honestly say its become one of my favorite tools Ive cooked all sorts of meals with it breakfasts lunches dinners and its handled everything Ive thrown its way Heres what its been like to actually cook with this pan based on my own handson adventures
Mornings Made Easy
Im a big breakfast person and this skillet has been a gamechanger Ive fried eggs in it almost daily just a quick preheat with a little oil and they glide around like magic No sticking no torn yolks just perfectly sunnysideups with crispy edges Ive also cooked bacon in it and it crisps up evenly without burning in spots like some of my old pans did On weekends Ill dice up some potatoes for a hash and they come out golden and crunchy thanks to how evenly the skillet distributes heat
Lunchtime Sauts
For lunch I often keep it simple with a veggie saute Ive tossed in zucchini peppers mushrooms you name it and the skillet heats up fast and cooks everything consistently No more halfraw onions while the peppers char Ive also made quick chicken stirfries for two and the 26cm size is spoton big enough to hold everything but not so huge its unwieldy Afterward cleanup is a snap a rinse and a wipe and its good to go
Dinner Wins
Dinner is where this skillet really shows off Ive seared steaks in it and wow it gets hot enough to give that gorgeous crust while keeping the meat juicy inside Ive also done onepan meals like chicken thighs with veggies Ill brown the chicken on the stove then slide the whole thing into the oven to finish The fact that its ovensafe makes life so much easier no extra dishes to wash Everything comes out tasty and evenly cooked every time
What Its Like to Use
The Handle I love the long handle it stays cool even when the pans sizzling so I can flip or stir without fumbling for a mitt It feels good in my hand too even during longer cooking sessions
The Weight Its got a solid sturdy feel definitely built to last but its not so heavy that it tires me out I can lift it one handed even when its loaded with food
Cleaning No rivets or seams means no food traps Most days a quick scrub with a sponge does it If Im lazy Ill pop it in the dishwasher and it still looks pristine
Healthier Cooking Happier Me
Ive noticed I dont need much oil with this pan A tiny bit is enough to keep things from sticking which is great for lighter meals The consistent heat also lets me cook at lower settings which feels better for things like veggies or fish Im not blasting away all the good stuff Knowing its free of weird coatings or chemicals just adds to the appeal
Final Thoughts
Cooking with the Solidteknics 26cm skillet has honestly made my time in the kitchen more fun Its dependable whether Im frying eggs searing meat or sauteing veggies it just works After months of near daily use it still looks and performs like new which tells me its tough as nails Its become a staple for me and Id tell anyone to give it a shot just preheat it first and youll see why Im hooked”

“I used to have a cheap small and large set of pans but this one fits right in between and feels like it fits a lot of uses where the small was too small and the large was bigger than needed And with no coatings on it this should be a lot better for long term use and care”
“Great fry pan perfect on induction Took some getting used to after years of nonstick but worth the effort
Clean up easy even after early stuffups Gets better every time”
“I bought 2 frypans Ive had them for a couple of years now I love cooking with them and couldnt go back to any others the heat conduction is perfect My only complaint is that the pans have discolored my ceramic cooktop and I was wondering if anyone else has had this experience”
