I have onlyused it a few times o far, but quite happy with it. I haven't used stainles steel fry pans beofre and was suprised that the food doesn't relly stick like I expected. really good for pasta sauces having a bit of depth to the pan.

I have been wanting this pan for soooo long, so when I saw it on sale I jumped at the chance! Since receiving it, it has been used everyday and has taken permanent residence on our stove top. It is easy to use and clean and has replaced my trusty old toxic coated, well known branded pan. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner, it's perfect!

A Kitchen Workhorse I’ll Use for Life I absolutely love my nöni™ 31cm Sauteuse by Solidteknics. It’s hands down one of the most versatile pieces of cookware I’ve ever used — perfect for searing, sautéing, braising, and making sauces. The heat distribution is incredibly even, which makes every cook-up more consistent and enjoyable. The seamless, one-piece stainless steel design is not only stunning but also so easy to clean — no rivets, no hidden grime. I also love that it’s non-reactive, so I can confidently cook acidic dishes like tomato-based sauces without any metallic taste. It’s solid, beautifully balanced, and proudly made in Australia (an lighter than my Lloyd Cast Iron pan). The build quality is in a league of its own — this is clearly a pan that’s built to last a lifetime. My old sauté pan? Straight in the bin. This is the only one I’ll be reaching for from now on. If you’re after serious cookware that performs and lasts, the nöni™ Sauteuse is worth every cent.

After years of owning Ausion frying pans I finally bought this stainless pan and I love how easycare it is I love my Ausion pans but I also love the simplicity of this pan I dont need to worry about seasoning it and can happily leave it to soak in the sink if I dont feel like washing it right after dinner Its a heavy pan which both looks and feels like great quality I have this pan in both Ausion and noni and love them both stainless pans are ideal for cooking anything tomato based like bolognese If you cook for a family this is one of my top recommendations

Ive used this pan to cook for my family of 3 most days for over 2 years It handles everything including double batches of popular dishes eg bolognese with 1kg of mince and plenty of red wine It operates well even on an undersized electric cooktop but does benefit from a long preheat on lowmedium heat just like my cast iron Its a saut pan in solid stainless steel whats not to like
