“I love this pan its fantastic for doing big steam ups for when the whole family visits Can be used for steaming whole chicken or fish However I have used this with the 3 lt rondeau and lid as a camp oven for roasting on an open fire and coal basket cooking with a whole chicken and Roast beef The trick is to put water in the rondeau and put that on the bbq grate and put the meat in the steamer to get it up off the heat and cooksteam the meat I put the solidteknic 31cm lid with hot coals ontop With the rondeau your catching all the juices for gravy A match made in heaven for juicy roasts A quick clean up with barkeepers friend after ready for the next cook”
