“I was not impressed with customer service during the recent purchase.
Due to there being no phone service for customers, when I realized that the pan I ordered was larger than I needed, I sent an email at 7am asking to change the order. The next day the larger pan was posted before my email was attended to. I was then told that due to it being my error, I had to pay the cost to restock the pan and postage for the smaller one, after I had sent the large one back.
Make sure you order correctly the first time, as there is no guarantee your email will be read within 24 hours, if you want to change it.
I have had the smaller pan now for several days and it is working as it should.”

Our team did try our best to assist by intercepting your order, but unfortunately it had already been dispatched by the time we received your message.
