“Good quality bag but attracts marks/fingerprints easily and my bag has a really off putting smell that after a couple of weeks use still has gone away. Tempted to try another colour rather then black to help with marks but the smell is very off putting”

“Design is nice but quality is very poor. I bought a rucksack as a gift for Christmas and one of the straps came off by the end of March. It hasn't been overloaded with heavy items (just a laptop and lunch for work). The stitching came completely undone. I understand the bag is cheaper than many designer bags but it's at a price point where you'd expect it to last at least a year. Will not buy again.”
