You have to plug it in direct to the power, NO switch to turn on or off. Compared with the cheaper units from China which many have a remote control, and a timer, so you can have it on for 20 and off for 20, which is great for night time use, and these units are HALF the price. Many people rave about them. So yea DonJoy up your game!”
