“Unfortunately I had a very poor ex with this company. My item did not arrive & I phoned and emailed customer support to no avail. I then proceeded to initiate a refund via ebay. The company obviously responded to ebay but not me. I was granted a refund. The company then sent email confirming this. Such poor service so I cannot rate the actual brace.”
