“Received 22 February 2023 and amended 23 March 2023
The subject equipment on inspection was too large in length and too small at the heel. Reported these unsatisfactory inspections to a company representative on 22 February 2023 and all she offered was to read the conditions. I stated that the item was not worn and I would send the item back, which was despatched 24 February 2023 at a cost of $16.65
I was further advised that when the item was received it would be inspected and if a refund was offered a restocking fee would be charged.
The Post Office was surprised that I was not offered a return post. It cost us nearly half the price of the item to get a refund taking into the post charges.
I would suggest buying these types of medical devices locally to ensure an appropriate level of customer service and refunds.
