“We have been using Statii within our business for almost a year. As a manufacturing business we have found the system to be invaluable in getting our processes and systems in a far better working order. We use the system to generate and log all enquiries through to proposals and conversion to sales orders. The manufacturing side of our team then works from the information on Statii to begin the projects. Finances and hours are added to Statii and then finally we are able to produce accurate and detailed analysis of projects and profitability. The team at Statii are both knowledgeable and very helpful, nothing is a problem to them and they have a really great support system for our team. We do recommend the Statii system to others as a really efficient system to use.”

What do you like the most about Statii? Simplifies some processes that we where doing manually. Also the ability to attach all our drawings etc to the system.
What would you suggest to improve Statii? Better searching done alphabetically and when you are searching for a part number the list is not in number order ie it goes from 0054/1, 0054/11 the second number is not in order. We also would like to be able to have a rejection note facility for purchasing.
What system did you use before? Bespoke system

What do you like the most about Statii? Nice and clean to look at, not at all cluttered.
What would you suggest to improve Statii? Multi bins, and Alt Warehouses would be good, and being able to choose where I book goods into other than a default Bin and or Warehouse.

Appreciate the comments Michael. With regards to multi locations for stock items, maybe this could be a training issue as this is possible through batching. Give our office a call to go through this with you.

What do you like the most about Statii? ease of using.
What would you suggest to improve Statii? When changing files that are saved into Statii on an excel/word document I would like it to save the new version into Statii if changes need to be made to it, currently have to save them out of Statii and then save them back in after changes are made.

We will take on board your comments about keeping files up to date automatically. As you know you currently store all documents within your system, which has its advantages, but we will certainly explore the possibility of adding links to external files as well.

“Statii has literally changed the way in whch our company operates. The system that we use is fantatstic for putting things all into one place such as purchase orders, invoices to supplier list, contact details an much more. Our job flow managmet is so much more productive since using Statii. It is easy to use with options to change things around to suit your company and the customer service is always on hand to help with any needs, staff are always polite and patient.”
