What do you like the most about Statii? It's a simple & straight forward system, with visual warnings which make it very user friendly.
What would you suggest to improve Statii? It's too early in our journey using Statii to comment fully, but initial ideas would be documented training instructions for internal training & a future possibility of barcodes on works orders would be my suggestions so far.
What system did you use before? Spreadsheets, Paper based

“As a rapidly growing small company, we needed a system that was not only user-friendly but also helped us achieve ISO compliance. Stati came highly recommended by one of our customers who had been using it, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer for us. It has allowed us to effectively track our day-to-day operations and achieve full traceability for our orders, which was instrumental in helping us secure ISO 9001 certification earlier this year.”

“We have been using Statii in anger since the start of August. We have had excellent training to get us started. As and when we have run into areas of concern, we have called Pete Lilliman who has been on the end of the phone for us on each and every occasion, and provided us with fantastic support! I was a very sceptical at first with the software, but having the fantastic support we have become very proficient very quickly; this is down to the system being very intuitive and ultimately very easy to use. Unlike other software, Statii fits our requirements like a glove considering it is a non-bespoke software package. If anyone is considering a package for their company, I would highly recommend it. You don't get many software packages on the market these days with such simplicity, and effectiveness, with the fantastic backup support as offered by the Statii team when required.”

“There are still a lot of things we don't use on Statii. We have recently started using the Quality section, this is very good but requires additional feilds as not all NCR's are a works order, p/O or inventroy item.”
