“The customer support is brilliant, always on the end of the phone if needed. We are a small company that machines and assembles most of our components in house. The works orders are flexable to handle the different tasks we perform. We hold alot of stock which is all stored in the inventory. Statii has a clear and minimalistic dashboard that makes it easy to keep track of what is going on in the company and what needs attention.”

Question your comment regarding NOT using UPR (unique part reference), we see this as a valuable part of offering traceability on everything you produce. Happy to discuss why this is suggested as an improvement.

What would you suggest to improve Statii? Scheduling of WO and should be a tab for NCR to make it fully traceable and in line with ISO9001

“Very easy to use and uderstand the features. All data is traceable from Enquiry to invoice. Easy to generate WO and supporting documents. Goods support system. Personally I would like to have a tab for NCR and have never got to grips with the scheduling software. But very happy overall”

“Statii is very easy to use once you have the hang of it. Some of the processes are a little drawn out for example delivery notes, if everything doesn't go, its a little more complex to produce another delivery note.”

Thanks for the feedback Rachel, not sure why the delivery notes are proving to be difficult. Sounds like this could be simply a training issue, give our office a call when you get 5 minutes to look at this with you.

Interesting you mention an improvement suggestion could be to have a server based system. Most clients love the fact they have no infrastructure to worry about. Incidentally we have no plans to move in this direction, in our opinion this would be a step backwards.
