We notice you mention we could improve communication prior to changes made to allow business owners to deal with training matters. Happy to discuss this with you but as the product is so fluid and small improvements/enhancements are being made constantly not sure how we manage this. Remember within the portal you are notified when a change is made and an insight into what that change means.
