What do you like the most about Statii? I love that the entire lifecycle including customer communication is in one place that follows the product. The risk of later typos/mistakes is avoided
What would you suggest to improve Statii? I would love a visual catalogue feature for each sales order so I can "flip through" a book of images. Each of our products are bespoke so it helps me to look for similar past projects when creating a new quote.

“The secret behind Statii lies in their staff. I worked in software product management and marketing for 25 years prior to owning a hard goods manufacturing job shop. In those 25 years, I met very few vendors who personally and proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are using and enjoying their products. The Statii team are not only responsive but also incredibly knowledgeable about both their product and my business model. They are themselves makers and manufacturing veterans. That level of insight is reflected in the product features and functionality. Not only that, they are genuinely lovely people - not robotic call center jockeys.”

Thanks Dianne, we know whatever the software product, without the product knowledge and the desire to ensure 5 star customer support, the chances of it making a real difference to the user can be limited. We try to apply an App mentality to what is a complex product and value the relationship we build with each and everyone of our clients.

What would you suggest to improve Statii? Inventory 'description select' would be helpful if it showed all of the items at once with a particular word, instead of clicking on each one by one

Our system is flexible enough to accomodate most manufacturing companies needs, however the system can be customised to suit individual businesses requirements where necessary as we have demonstrated for your company.

We have looked at the logs for your system and can't pinpoint any long requests. Sometimes if a large quote is being compiled with a lot of costing detail it can slow down the system. I would suggest the next time this happens you call our office to take a look with you.
