I have hyper extending nuts, so the strap either slipped off, or wouldn't stay snapped. So I chose to go with the strapless. Was a winner for me! Snugger fit with no slippage. “The product seems to work as described. I’ve only had it for a couple of days now. I do wish stealth offered larger girth size. I ordered the 5.5” or 40 is what is on the tension band. It is a little snug. I believe a 6” would be more appropriate for me. Nevertheless so far so good.”

“I noticed pretty instant changes in the first few days of wearing. I will say if you have severe shrinkage go a size down in girth for added tension. I triple in size from soft to erect and needed to replace mine. That said I already have a little extra hang after removing it until after bed of course. I'd love for it to hang the 4" it's currently stretched to all the time as im satisfied being just over 6" erect...I just hate the feel and look of the 2 inch nub I usually sport when soft.”
