“Let me say straight off that I can't give it a 5 star because it is too soon. It definitely takes some experimenting and adjusting, but for what I bought it for (helping prevent turtling especially when I wear ball weights), it definitely seems to be working.”
“I started using the Strapless Innerwear because recently, I was experiencing "extreme" turtling, as in full retraction. Normally I wouldn't care except it is quite uncomfortable, especially when excercising.
Due to my work schedule, I have the Strapless Innerwear on for about 26-27 hours with a 21-22 hour break. It takes getting used to which was quick for me, two cycles wearing the Strapless Innerwear.
I encountered a few issues. First off, flacid for me is a size A20. Following the instructions for getting the Strapless Innerwear on wasn't going to happen since I don't have matching "tiny" fingers to fit inside the Strapless Innerwear. I figured out that I could slide the Strapless Innerwear over the Spandex Skin to get it on with minimal effort.
The next issue I had the first time I used the Strapless Innerwear was chaffing at the base of the penis shaft. Incidentally, at least "manscape" closely before using Innerwear. That's on me but the chaffing I alleviated by leaving the Spandex Skin on and folding it over the Strapless Innerwear at the base.
Finally, sometime around 18 hours or so the penis head will retract past the silicone ring. I tried using the extra Spandex Skin and the Retainer Band combined but they did not completely counter this for me.
Problems aside, after a few weeks of use, I haven't encountered the "extreme" turtling when not using the Strapless Innerwear so I count that as a win.”

“I’m giving the strapless innerwear a 5 stars because I am pleasantly satisfied with it. At first it felt like it was slightly too big. What I mean is, the rubber ring built into the woven sleeve felt like it kept the woven sleeve open wide enough to allow my unit to “turtle” to the point where I had to remove everything and reapply the inner wear several times. The key I found out is to position the woven inner wear so just the head shows. While holding the inner wear in that position, pull over the double size nylon sleeve and double that sleeve over itself and position that doubled over sleeve over the woven inner wear to the back of it. It feels it places enough pressure on the woven sleeve so the head of your unit becomes somewhat engorged. Then pull the short nylon sleeve over the doubled over sleeve to add to the slight squeeze. I believe this is to slow or prevent the “turtling” pull back and your unit is allowed to stay elongated. Then place the rubber ring as needed to also provide assistance to the nylon sleeves. I figured out what works for me and now I can hang as I work. It’s comfortable enough to wear up to 6 hours at a time for now. And I have to say, I have noticed a small gain in length. I will continue to Stealth.”
