The Sunfood Differenceâ„¢
These delectable pitted Peruvian Black Botija olives are packed with nutrition and beautifying oleic acid, a heart-healthy monounsaturated fat.
Our certified organic, fully raw, and naturally ripe Botija olives are hand selected, sea-salt cured, and low-temperature dried for an extraordinary olive experience. Many black olives are picked long before they are ripe, then artificially softened and darkened with a chemical treatment. We prefer pure olive flavor; no chemicals, no preservatives.

I'm sooooooo glad I discovered these black botija olives, they have been life altering for sure. I spruce up just about everything with them. I just tried adding them to my steam cabbage dish & they brought the flavor profile to a whole new level, TOTALLY LOVE LOVE LOVE these olives!!!

I always buy these olives, but I found my latest order to be extremely salty than usual. Normally i can snack on them, but this time I couldn't.

These are just to die for. The texture, the flavor, so meaty. As a raw vegan, these are an absolute treat.

These olives are really soft and flavorful plus I love the fact that they're naturally dried with no chemicals. I searched the ingredients on all the olives in the jars that I saw in Whole Foods Market but they all had preservatives and/or citric acid in them (including the organic ones). I made this delicious zucchini salad with cucumbers, avocado and these fantastic black botija olives.

These dried olives are plump, meaty and moist. I used to get the unsalted ones (which I prefer), but Sunfood stopped making those. Just be sure to eat them sparingly as they're really salty and pricey, but my salads aren't the same without them.

I had never tried dried olives before. Now, I will continue to do so.

These olives are so delicious-I am addicted! I use them on my salads and grain dishes-just about everything. They are expensive-but even a few add a lot of flavor.
