“Nothing wrong with the OptiMSM Flakes; it is the way it is sold that is a problem. Essentially, I was told to buy three of these (even though I only need one) because it will shortly be unavailable. Also, I was not encouraged to use my points because then the cost would not cover the shipping. Bit of a sham as far as I can see...”

“I just recently began using OptiMSM Flakes for arthritis aches and pains. It’s too early to tell how well its working, since I’m starting out with 1/2 the recommended dose. From what I understand MSM works best when mixed with vitamin c in water, but it is very bitter on its own, so instead of doing that I mix it into my morning matcha with a tsp of almond butter.”

“I take this twice a day, much better than getting shots for my hip! a good diet and exercise are also essential. I like that you can count on Sunfood to keep great products, some companies are always changing what is available!!”

“The flakes dissolve quickly and I use it with camu camu as suggested. Have used this product for many years and highly recommend it.”

“I use this product every day first thing in the morning. I keep a measuring spoon inside the container that makes it even easier to use, and combine it with the camu camu (for vitamin C), which makes it much better to assimilate. The flakes dissolve very quickly in water.”
