I have sampled cashews from quite a few brands out there in the past years, but nothing tops Sunfoods to date! These are some of very favorites snacks and excellent in making herbal tonic elixirs and smoothies!

I've always LOVED cashews, but I only recently started eating all organic food & what a difference in taste & texture! I use these organic cashews to make a delicious, naturally sweet and creamy cashew milk (1/2 cup of cashews soaked for several days in 12oz coconut water, then blended together) that is the base for many of my smoothies. If I were not lactose intolerant, I would still crave this cashew milk, as it makes my recipes extra creamy and whips up the best cacao smoothie (which tastes a lot more like a chocolate milkshake than the healthy breakfast treat that it is). I also use this same cashew milk as a base for my chia pudding, which I get more requests for than I can keep up with. Sweet, creamy and crunchy, these cashews, along with some dried mango, mulberries, and maybe some cacao beans, also make great baggie snacks for stashing in your pocket as you walk out the door. For all things, I highly recommend them.
