“As with any of Superfeasts products, the results and benefits are best seen when they are incorporated into the diet and lifestyle long term. Slow, long-term results are sometimes hard to notice. Most of the herbs in the blend are berries - they are very low in sugar, but there is 15g of sugar in 100g. If you take 2-3g of the herbs, you'll be getting about 0.45g of sugar.
We think it's paleo and keto-friendly, but it's really dependent on your own interpretation.
