“I purchased Jing just before Xmas to help get me through the festive season. Have suffered adrenal fatigue (or yin deficiency) for a couple of years now. The effects didnt start right away for me, i stayed on a low dose for a while to let my body get used to it. Upon upping to 1 tsp day the magic started taking place! I have had crippling social anxiety for a long time, i think stemming from the adrenal fatigue. I can honestly say Jing has completely eliminated that anxiety and i can feel it helping me more every day. I've now got at least 3 friends on to it and have recently started taking Masons Mushrooms.
