I get my big cup, throw in my selection of chaga, lion's mane, astragalus root, eucommia bark and tremella, a dallop of honey, a little water to protect the honey, and top with boiled water. If i'm wanting a more creamy taste, i'll top my honey with coconut milk and splosh in a little more after the boiling water. I take MSM daily, I pop mine into vege capsules.
