Upon opening the package it was touching to find a handwritten thank you message from Nic, and the mushrooms themselves are beautifully packaged in a miron glass that I will be happily re-using once empty. Far exceeds the quality of a US brand I had tried earlier, with no added sweeteners, just a gorgeous, smoky, savoury taste that reminds me of a mushroom jus, with just a hint of bitterness to add to the complexity.
