I've incorporated a variety of the Superfeast products into my daily lifestyle and diet regime, and the effects are profound. My body, mind, spirit are being assisted through the use of these products to work in harmony, and I can see and feel the effects of this internally and externally. My favourite way to use Masons Mushrooms is in a coffee mocha tonic elixer.. 2 ounces of espresso, hot water, arriba nacional cacao, maca, lucuma, mesquite, maple syrup, a pinch of Himalayan salt, a small scoop of coconut oil, and some warm plant-based milk. I blend all this until frothy, and top with some cinnamon. If im not feeling the coffee, I leave that part out. Either way, it is an amazing hot tonic to drink, especially during the colder months. Highly recommend Mason's Mushrooms, and Superfeast as a whole! Thanks, guys!”
