“This is my favourite (like very subtle-vanilla powder). I add half a teaspoon to my naughty morning coffee, and quarter to a half again before sleep at night. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my skin tone. It was hard to tell at first if I was having a reaction to it, as I developed a terrible flu for the first month (longest ever flu) when I started taking it, after it stated it may support lung & bronchial health I wasn't sure if it may have been emphasizing symptoms (eg. clear mucus formation - sorry for the 'gross' haha). I ran out of product for about 2 weeks before receiving my second batch, and had noticed my skin reverting back to hormonal spots on my face. Now that I've started a fresh new bottle recently, I can notice the difference with it clearing up again. It's going to become an expensive habit I think, haha.”
