“Unfortunately the bike arrived broken. The pad sensor on the pedals didn’t work at all at the first ride, making the e-bike unusable.
I tried contact the customer service, they replied with much delay and they were not helpful at all, suggesting me to check if the cables were connected. When I asked for a replacement bike they deny the service basically leaving me on my own with a broken bike to figure out and deal with it by myself .
I definitely don’t suggest to buy from them.”
