In July, Sushi was still unable to provide an expected delivery date.
Unexpectedly, I suddenly recieved the bike in mid-July :-)
Unfortunately, on the 1st ride, the factory-installed nut holding the rear mud guard to the bike fell off.
Instead of Sushi customer service just putting a โฌ0,01 nut in the mail, I was required to upload copies of the original invoice, order number, frame number and 'photo or video evidence' of the defect to their reclamation department.
As of today, I have recieved ZERO feedback, and can't ride the bike with the mud guard hanging off.
My hope, that Sushi would provide a great customer experience, has simply not been met.
Very disapointed. I hope management will review what happened here and change the process.”
