“The train and nature experience was excellent overall, but unfortunately the return trip was delayed due to maintenance. This caused me issues because I had parked my car in a timed parking area, and the delay led to extra parking fees. Additionally, when we arrived back, we had to get off the train in the middle of the station at a location that lacked proper safety standards in order to switch trains. Because of these inconveniences and extra costs I had to bear, I kindly request a refund for my ticket.”
