“When I arrived at Grinderwald Terminal, I didn’t know what to do. Wasn’t sure if someone would be there to meet me at the time mentioned or not. Finally I scanned and went through the tensile. But the reserved train- I couldn’t go through the tensile. Had to wait in line with no reservation people which was fine.
