“Bei der Rückfahrt wurde unsere Reservierung vom Automaten abgelehnt und man hat uns erst widerwillig durchgelassen, als wir unsere Reservierungszeit vorgelegt haben.
Ansonsten alles perfekt und eine klasse Erlebnis !”
“despite we brought with seat reservation, we are badly treated. Our ticket got some problem they didn’t allowed us to join the seat reservation queue. Not only that they also chase us off our seats when we board the train saying that they belong to the group reservation, despite there is empty seats, and we end up get split up in the crowded part.
Our return trip, again we faced problem with those group reservation. This round we were there early and get board on the train, again we get chase off by a tour leader to give way to his group, when I am very sure that cabin was not for group reservation and they came much later.
Very disoriented and no order, never will I recommend anyone to consider this.”
