The Alien Galaxy comes with the Astro Grip latex, a very different latex compared to our signature Gecko Grip latex. The Astro Grip was specifically designed to resist abrasion and therefor is a much more robust and not as soft of a latex. Therefor, its grip will not be the same as the Gecko Grip but can still be activated during play!
The main purpose of the Astro Grip is clearly to resist abrasion on hard surfaces.
