The actual compartments are useless as they're supposed to be maintained by press buttons, but these buttons do not actually work. Probably a manufacture issue.
I contacted support and they told me that I cannot receive a new bag as "the bag can be used as normal and suitable for sports use or for storing equipment without any problems. In this case, we cannot offer you an exchange of the product as it is in good condition."
So, on this page "3-IN-1 COMPARTMENT" is actually the 2nd sales point but when faced with the fact that a customer (with Star level) cannot enjoy the compartments due to a technical issue, they could only offer me a 20€ discount on a future purchase.
Any other serious brand would have just proceeded with an exchange, keeping a happy customer. I am very sad as my son has had great experience with T1tan so far. We'll most certainly have to move on to another brand.”
