Thank you for your feedback, it is important to us!
The latex was presented with cuts at the base of the fingers which were very unusual and did not look like the normal wear and tear or abrasion that could be seen on the rest of the gloves which led to believe that the gloves had been misused in some way.
Nevertheless, a voucher was offered as a gesture of goodwill because there was no apparent defect on the gloves :)

“They’re solid gloves, I thought they’d be stickier though. Also when I got them I saw it’s good to wash them before the first use so I just used warm water and then this weird yellow stain appeared afterwards. Overall good glove.”
