“As described, does the job. Somewhat unsteady, ie: if you pull the towel /towels off it tends to tip forward/fall. Cord could? Possibly be longer so unit can be placed in better position/have more options with extension cords. Happy overall. Great warranty which is by I purchased this above other cheaper options.”
