“can't seem to get this stuff hot i.e. best burn in my stove always in cold
tried all sorts of ways but it wont have it. its ok if you want a slow burn it
does that and its all wet in the bags when it comes perhaps that's why
i don't know or it doesn't suit my stove ? i will keep trying with it and
hope for the best . would give 5 stars if it would get hot the price was spot on

“Equivalent bags of this coal could be bought (10kgs) at £3.99 leading into last winter but now the stores selling them i.e. Home Bargains, B &M, Lidl etc are selling at £6.50+ so to be able to buy bulk from The Coal House averaging at £5 per 10kgs is a bonus. My Wife’s first impression was that the quality wasn’t as good but I think that was a bit premature. I don’t know where our coal is sourced from nowadays but if you are still reliant on coal it is now a very expensive commodity.”
