“Ordered over eight days ago and still don’t know where my coal is. They say it’s supposed to be delivered in 3 to 5 days. And then they ask you for a review. Perhaps they should spend more time on the important stuff like getting the job done!”

“It says that you will be contacted about delivery by email and called to sort any specific details. I had 1 contact by email saying it will take longer to deliver, even though I had no date arranged. Not impressed as it was for my elderly folks.”
“Stay away from this place it's a total scam .I purchased £250 of coal but never received it and I'm having to go thru my bank to open up a fraud case to get my money back .you will get a receipt for your purchase but that's the last you will hear from them .they do not answer any e mails so the customer service is non existent..STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY”
