“Delivery service was not good, never received a delivery date telephoned them after 1 week spoke to 2 different staff who never called back with any information. I rang next day to cancel the order and they delivered that afternoon.”

“Product elivered when aranged, I had to chase the order on phone though as notification was not sent in timeframe on site. Dave the Driver helpfull and has delivered here before for Harrisons and the garden products so he knew where we were.
I am still puzzled as to why 25 miles away an aquantance of ours accross the border in Wales can buy real coal and we cannot as we are in England even though we both live in verry rural locations, absolutly barmy by the UK government”

“I have already sent a communication to the Coal Shop, to which I am waiting A reply. To repeat my comments, I would say that while the coal was fine, if a little wet. The delivery service was appalling. The driver had a pallet which was too small. The machine he used was underpowered and the pallet had been badly stacked.
The result neing that that entire load callapsed on the pavement outside my property and the driver made no attempt to help rectify the situation.
I had planned to order a second tonne of coal but I'm reluctant, for fear the same delivery service are used.

“Make sure you order 10/12 days prior to delivery, as I was told wrong, they said order before a wednesday and it will be delivered on that Wednesday, I ordered on a Monday, hopefully it will arrive this week.”
