but this delivery was by a Pallet lorry usually used for fridges and furniture. the poor driver struggled to lift the Pallet up with a ton of coal on it there was know where near enough power in the pallet truck and I had 3 Pallets.
he had to go half way up the street to find a dropped kerb low enough so he could get up to get it on my property .
we finish up putting the 3 ton of coal on my neighbours.

“Orderd online, had a couple of receipts, coal arrived out of the blue after about a week , looked like i was notified a few hours before, would have liked more notice so i could have been there to get the delivery more to my liking. but otherwise okays.”

“The wood pallet is well wrapped and covered incase of rain.
The wood is all the same length but probably 30% are bits, better for kindling than a fire!
The photo attached shows the small bits from a HALF wheelbarrow load, not great for the price!!!
My other complaint is the wood turned up with no forward notice, despite being promised I would be contacted to arrange delivery so I could be in.
