“Had before without any problems but this latest delivery has a lot of dust in the bag and the coal appears to be damp. Its burning but but not as good as previous deliveries Ive had. This coal is the best we have tried - we run a boiler stove so runs our radiators and hot water without issue.”
“Really decent stuff, burns hot and long with very little ash. Can damp it right down to keep in overnight in a stove. Delivery communication was excellent, a phone call a few days before to confirm I was in, and another half an hour before actual delivery. Basically, great service all round. Top marks! Will buy again!”
