Looking at the very poor reviews of the top internet search hits for coal suppliers who appear to have appalling customer service and are selling poor quality coal made me pay a little extra and choose The Coal Shop. The coal is top quality with huge lumps and burns really well. I phoned to change the delivery date and the call was quickly answered and delivery date changed without hassle. So I would thoroughly recommend the product and doing business with the Coal Shop.”
